Greetings !  I am forwarding here and immediately after this, two  
Resolutions recently passed by the Fourth International in relation to  
the upcoming Cochabamba Conference on Climate Change and the Rights of  
Mother Earth, with rough translations in English below.

Decision on the World Climate Change Conference in Cochabamba

The conference in Cochabamba will be another station in the fight for  
an anti-capitalist response to climate change.

The 16th World Congress of the Fourth International :
• condemned the caricature of an agreement to have completed 25 major

world and the atmosphere draw the major powers;
• Calls on all political and social forces who are fighting against  
exploitation and repression, to assist the Assembly in Cochabamba and,  
where it is possible to participate in it;
• welcomes the fact that the communities that protect ecosystems, by  
fighting them for their rights, their lifestyle and their  
environmentally friendly mode of appropriation community have to  
develop, to play in the mobilization for the climate a churning role  
that they are against the capitalist logic of the neoliberal market  
place and the resources are a source of inspiration for a different  
social relation to nature;
• calls on the revolutionary Marxists and Marxists, to help ensure  
that expand the conference in Cochabamba - across different cultural  
frame of reference beyond - it allows the international mobilization  
of social movements for an anti-neoliberal and anti-capitalist  
response to climate change and deepen.
