Dear David Stodolsky
Your criticism is completely justified ! But there was
a mistake on our part, and therefore a misunderstanding.
As it happens, the ‘Comments Policy’ that appeared at the bottom of
the message you have commented on was not ours at WSFDiscuss (even
though, I agree, it looked as if it was) but rather of the e-journal
where this article was sourced from,

mean. As the list administrator, we from CACIM regret this
confusion, because as you say, their policy completely contradicts
ours – and this made us look very rigid ! In short, the ‘Comments
Policy’ part need not have appeared in our posting, or we should have
pointed out in a disclaimer – given the obvious contradiction - that
this was in the original, and was not ours. But thanks for pointing
this out.
